The Brief
Our Client is one of the largest school districts in the State of Colorado, servicing over 67,000 students. After an abrupt exit from their previous Superintendent, they were in need of a leader that could unite the community, the board, and district's staff.
The Approach
Our Clients desire was to have the best qualified candidate for their Superintendent position located in Castle Rock, Colorado. The directive was to find the best candidate anywhere in the United States. We focused our attention on educational professionals, that have lead in a transitional period and lead over comparable districts throughout the United States. It was also necessary for this candidate to have the ability to unite a community, ease concerns for all of the district staff, and work with a school board that was heading into an election year.
The Result
The Candidate had spent time within the district directly, carrying multiple titles and roles. He spent 25+ years in public education, and was beloved by the district staff. He was a native to Colorado, he worked to unite the community, and he was the right leader for the board at that time.
